Easy Chicken Kebabs

This easy kebab recipe only requires 7 simple ingredients and you will love it
I would suggest using an outdoor grill to make these to really get a good char on the chicken
The types of chicken I would suggest using is chicken thighs as you could use chicken breast,
but I would suggest marinating it overnight to keep it from having a dry taste to it.
when cooking this on the grill I would suggest a doing so for about 7 minutes per side
and if it it is still not cooked all the way through you can finsh it in a 450 degree
oven for around 10 minutes.


The kebabs will also taste really good if you don't have a outdoor grill as you can just pan grill then and finsh them in the oven after they have some crisp to them. The kebabs will be good to eat as left overs for next 3 days and I would also, suggest sometimes experimenting as a range of other veggies can be used on the kebabs not just the bell peppers in this recipe. Some suggestions that other people have on their kebabs are onions and mushrooms.

Ingredients:





• 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into medium pieces
• 1/8 cup soy sauce
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 3 multicolored bell peppers, cut into medium pieces
• skewers

Instructions





1. Place the chicken pieces in the large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Cover the bowl, and put in refridgerator for 2 to 24 hours, really let it marinate.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Arrange the chicken and peppers onto the skewers.
6. Oil the grilling grate.
7. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is well done.
